2. Site Assessment: A site assessment is required for a more accurate estimate and to determine the full scope of the project. During this assessment, we may not be able to locate your property pins. If property pins cannot be found, a formal site survey may be required, which will be discussed during the assessment.

3. Appointment Cancellations: We request that appointments be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your site assessment, please contact us directly by phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Service Areas: Our services are available in the Kimberley, Cranbrook, Wasa Lake, Skookumchuck, Tata Creek, and surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.
